Asset Management:
Full knowledge of company projects, assets and facilities.
Ensure all company assets are monitored and managed through the creation/implementation of all necessary plans.
Continuous assessment of all company assets; while ensuring implementation of necessary rectification works.
Ensure all company assets are safeguarded via follow-up on periodical and non-periodical maintenance.
Follow-up on all Asset Management contracts, KPI’s and budgets.

Facility Management:
Assist with handover of company projects, assets and facilities to designated FM provider.
Follow-up on all Facility Management contracts and budgets.
Assessment of FM contractors’ performance.
Maintain necessary documentation/periodic reports in accordance with contract terms/FM daily operational activities/needs, with related service acceptance forms and invoices.
Maintain necessary daily and monthly expenses recording and monitoring, and present results as requested.
Maintain and implement necessary contractual KPIs with necessary recommendations and subsequent actions needed.
Follow-up and validation of all invoices related FM providers’ services, spare parts, and consumables.
Implement, analyze and report results of necessary Customer Satisfaction Surveys in accordance with FM operational targets.
Assist and participate in formalized selection procedures for assigning FM services to various service providers.
Assist and participate in FM yearly contractual renewals, with evaluation of services and service providers.


BA/BSC in Engineering, and/or Business Administration.
Minimum 2 years’ experience of similar responsibilities.
Familiar with different projects’ types and facility management operations.
Understand and able to set/implement necessary objectives and act accordingly.
Highly developed ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Very good PC literacy.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Analytical and logical.
Highly Results and delivery orientated.
Comfortable in managing a fast changing/growing environment.
Highly motivated, very proactive and a self-starter.
Positive attitude and ambitious.
Strong English language.
