  • Handle the Reception area.
  • Meet & greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or place. 
  • Answer phone calls and transfer it to responsible individuals.
  • Execute a variety of diversified administrative functions.
  • Provide secretarial skills in a highly responsible manner. 
  • Open mail, screen and prioritize for the manager’s attention and action, distribute outgoing mail and maintain a follow-up system for assigned actions.
  • Answer telephone calls and handle matters not requiring manager’s immediate attention or transferring calls to responsible individuals for resolution, take detailed message obtaining sufficient information to assure proper response by concerned party.
  • Implement new procedures to enhance productivity of the office and organizes systems for tracking large volumes of paper flow. Assemble data and back-up information for preparation of reports, presentations, hand-outs, etc…
  • Perform secretarial duties which includes typing, internet researches, correspondence, and minutes of meetings.
  • Perform related duties as required.

  • 0-3 years of customer service experience.
  • Bachelor Degree in a relevant field.
  • Computer Literacy (Word-Excel-PowerPoint-Outlook-Internet knowledge).
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Problem solving skills. 
  • Ability to deal with tough difficult and angry/upset customers.
