  • Develop project plans to monitor and track progress and communicates tasks, milestones, status and metrics.
  • Utilize professional IT project management methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and budget.
  • Responsible for wide range of technical executive assistant to the CIO.
  • Assist in the definition the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management.
  • Create a detailed work plan which identifies the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
  • Assist in resources allocation (time, money, equipment, etc) required to complete the project.
  • Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities.
  • Review the project schedule with senior management that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required.
  • Assist in determining the measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion.
  • Assist in the projects’ execution according to the project plan.
  • Develop forms and records to document project activities.
  • Set up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured.
  • Monitor the progress of the project and recommend adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.
  • Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project.
  • Review the quality of work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards.
  • Write reports on the project for management.
  • Monitor all budgeted project expenditures and report variance to senior management on a regular basis.
  • Prepare financial reports and supporting documentation. 
  • Ensure that all financial records for the project are up to date.
  • Assist in ensuring that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality.
  • Evaluate the outcome of the projects as established during the planning phase.
  • Locate vendors, equipment or supplies, in order to determine availability.
  • Prepare new solutions and purchase requisitions for supplies and equipment.
  • Assist in preparation of departments’ tenders for new projects.
  • Review and evaluate specifications for issuing and awarding bids/tenders.
  • Follow up with procurement with regard to equipment or supplies.
  • Liaising with technology team, suppliers, vendors and other internal departments.
  • Handle & organize wide range of technical executive support related tasks to the CIO.
  • Interact with technology staff (at all levels) in a fast paced & remain flexible, proactive and efficient in communicating tasks to the team.
  • Carry out background research and presenting findings into subjects.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field. 
  • 3-5 years in the same field. 
  • Demonstrate proficiency using standard office, project management, systems development.
  • Ability to propose, promote, collaborate, IT projects.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to handle number of projects simultaneously; with a great attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and experience in the administrations, development & maintenance of information systems.
  • Programming techniques and associated training needs identification & implementation
