  • Handle IT projects management and procurement tasks. 
  • Responsible for a wide range of administrative and technical assistant tasks.
  • Assist in the definition the scope of the project in collaboration with CIO.
  • Create project plan which identifies the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
  • Assist in determining the measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion.
  • Analyze the projects’ requirements with the stakeholders.
  • Align with projects’ stockholders to determine objectives, budget and background information.
  • Develop the project plan in coordination with the project team in alignment with the project constraints, in terms of the budget, timelines and other requirements.
  • Handle all project documentation.
  • Follow up on the achievements of the project plan and report the project status periodically to CIO and all stakeholders.
  • Verify different project phases and tasks completion.
  • Manage the internal communication between different project stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance to the team based on CIO direction and objectives.
  • Prepare end of project summary report/presentation with all project constraints/deliverable.
  • Ensure addressing all relevant issues within the specifications and standard quality measures.
  • Locate vendors, equipment or supplies, in order to determine availability.
  • Handle whole IT procurement cycle including purchase requisitions.
  • Budget management and cost control.
  • Evaluate technical proposals and preparing recommendations reports. 
  • Contact suppliers and obtaining required proposals.
  • Assist in preparation of departments’ tenders for new projects.
  • Review and evaluate, technical specifications for issuing and awarding tenders.
  • Liaise with technology team, suppliers, vendors and other internal departments.
  • Handle & organize a wide range of technical executive support related tasks to the CIO.
  • Interact with technology staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced & remain flexible, proactive and efficient in communicating tasks to the team.
  • Carry out background research and presenting findings to subjects.
  • Filing, scanning, composing correspondences and ordering supplies. 
  • Schedule meetings, booking conference rooms, and preparing any materials needed for the appointment. 
  • Answer phones, create reports, maintain records and conduct research.
  • Follow up with the IT & GoSmart direct manager with regard to all departments matter.
  • Liaise with all department regarding all projects related matters.
  • Assist in setting the department budget. 
  • Monitor and report to management the department budgets.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field. 
  • 3-5 years in the same field. 
  • Demonstrate proficiency using standard office, project management, systems development.
  • Ability to propose, promote, collaborate, IT projects.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to handle number of projects simultaneously; with a great attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and experience in the administrations, development & maintenance of information systems.
  • Programming techniques and associated training needs identification & implementation
