Responsible for SODIC IT infrastructure services including; active directory, email, portal, network, security, connectivity, ..etc.
Responsible for the stability and reliability of the entire SODIC data centers for head office, branches and projects’ sites.
Responsible for the installation, configuration operation and support of all SODIC IT Infrastructure Systems to enable continuous operation of all IT. Systems and to ensure they function with the required performance and availability targets.
Functional escalation point for any issues regarding IT Infrastructure.
Interact with IT staff at all levels in a fast pace & remain flexible, proactive and efficient.
Testing and evaluating new technologies.
Responsible for the deployment, configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of SODIC IT Infrastructure including Data center, LAN, WiFi, WAN, Internet, Telephony and Security.
Responsible for all SODIC IT Datacenter equipment including Servers, Storages, SAN and Racks.
Responsible for the deployment, configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of SODIC Servers including Windows Server Operating System & Virtualization Infrastructure.
Responsible for Microsoft Infrastructure services like Cluster, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Email System and File & Print Service.
Responsible for Backup and Restore and ensuring all data are backed up according to Backup Policy.
Responsible for all SODIC IT Network equipment in HQ and remote sites including Core Switches, Servers Switches, User Switches, Routers, Load Balancers, Wireless Bridges, WiFi Access Points, Network cables and Network Connections.
Responsible for all SODIC Security equipment in HQ and remote sites including Firewall & UTM
Responsible for all Network Services including Internet, WiFi. 
Responsible for all Security Services including Endpoint Protection, Spam Protection, Web Filtering & Monitoring, Site-To-Site VPN & Remote Access VPN Service.
Responsible for all Voice equipment in HQ and remote sites including Telephony Systems, SMS Gateways & Voice Conferencing.
Coordinate with IT teams for any new System implementation or upgrade.
Ensure compliance with best practices, and policies and procedures.
Maintain inventory for all SODIC Network Equipment.
Create and maintain good technical documentation.
Perform capacity planning to meet the company's business needs.
Develop, maintain, and monitor procedures for all network tasks.
Safeguard information system assets by identifying and solving potential and actual security problems.
Recognize problems by identifying anomalies; reporting violations.
Implement security improvements by assessing current situation and evaluating trends.
Determine security violations and inefficiencies by conducting periodic audits.
Writing and updating SODIC Security Policies and communicating them to users.
Identify technologies to improve security, scalability, and reliability of the overall secured IT environment.
Utilize professional project management to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and budget.
Provide training on new systems.
Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
Carry out background research and presenting findings into subjects related to Network.
 


B.Sc. Engineering or Computer Science.
Minimum 3 years (preferred 5 years’ experience). 
Excellent Windows, Office & Internet.
Server, Storage, SAN, TCP/IP, Windows Server OS, Virtualization, Backup & Restore, Active Directory, Exchange, Network, TCP/IP, Switching, Routing, Firewall, Security.
MCSE and CCNA. 
Fluent written and spoken English.
Excellent Communication Skills, Negotiation Skills, Presentation Skills, Problem Management, Project Management.
