Maintain and enhance standards of quality for the services offered and provide weekly and monthly analysis

Effectively capture all sales leads and redirect them to the right channels, departments and individuals

Ensure that the call center is geared up and trained to cope with all marketing campaigns, and the resulting increase in inbound calls

Handle internal and external customer inquiries on the telephone providing accurate and pertinent information according to the Call Center guidelines and quality standards

Understand customer needs and effectively resolve customer complaints and problems, and escalating issues to appropriate persons/teams whenever needed

Relevant Bachelor Degree

2-3 years of Call Center experience

Computer Literacy(Word-Excel-PowerPoint-Outlook-Internet knowledge)

Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic

Successful track record demonstrating high level of initiative, social skills, and networking

Hard worker, goal and results oriented attitude

Ability to work under pressure

Problem solving skills

Ability to deal with tough difficult and angry/upset customers
