Utilize professional project management to ensure all cabling projects are delivered.

Implement fiber-optic cables network and ensure it capabilities and stability.

Organization and inventory of all fiber optics networks.

Responsible for creating and maintaining fiber optics projects plans.

Manage all projects cabling infrastructure and clients homes implementation, operations, maintenance and repair of all cabling requirements (fiber, copper, coaxial).

Coordinate with assigned project managers’ statements of work and bid packages for construction of Fiber Optics network projects.

Providing support to Network& Operations staff in the form of testing and training.

Responsible for the delivery of all project’s key components including but not limited to:

  • Fiber Optic (Passive) Infrastructure

  • Operation Centers Access & Core Network (Active) Infrastructure

  • CCTV & Surveillance Systems Infrastructure.

  • Copper Infrastructure (for land line)

  • Access Control & Intercom infrastructure(for building projects)

Ensure compliance with best practices policies and procedures.

Supervise staff ensuring they are trained properly and provide necessary guide & support. 

Continuously motivate his team members and give them constructive feedback.

Perform performance evaluationfor the team members and provide all required training.

Manage, prioritize, and support the fiber team initiatives and goals

Mentor and technical expert forthe entire fiber team.

Responsible for SODIC projects fiberoptic & copper network implementations & operations to provide eCompoundServices (TV, Internet, Internal Phone).

Responsible for Clients home cabling(fiber, copper & coaxial) implementations & operations.

Provide project management for the full installation of the company’s fiber optic & copper network.

B.S. degree in Engineering or equivalent.

3+years in the same field.

Full knowledge of word processing, spread sheet, presentations software, project management, CAD software …etc.

General knowledge of Mechanical, electrical and MEP processes and  familiarity with the equipment and tools used in the field.

Good organizational skills.

Good vendor & relationship management.

PMP is a plus.
