Daily Operation:

Provides customertechnical support via (phone – email - visit ...etc.).

Assigning problems andrequests to appropriate 2nd level team and following up with them.

Monitoring and Testing:

Running the tests requiredto approve customer cabling systems during the implementation process

Execution of test usecases & support the roll-out of new applications.

Functional andhierarchical escalation point for any issues regarding technical support.

Working continuously ona task until successful completion.

Customers Operation:

Implement the servicesat customer-side.

Follow departmentimplementation and support procedures and ensure process conformance.

Report work progresscontinuously through attendance of daily & weekly sites internal meetings.

Running advancedcabling system tests at customer side including different types of systems UTPand Coaxial to resolve the issues that have impact on services performance

Prioritizing andmanaging many open cases at one time.

Working continuously ona task until completion or escalating to next tier.

Customers Satisfaction Ensureoptimal customer satisfaction through performing all assigned tasks promptlyand actively.

Rapidly establishing agood relationship with customers promoting Triple Play services.

Participation inproviding training to customers as required

Representing the TriplePlay services for customers when needed.

Bachelor's degree.

years in technology.

WordProcessing, Spread Sheet, and Presentations.

Good command of English.

Good communication skills.

Problem solving skills.
