Daily Operation:

Provides customer technical support via (phone – email - visit ...etc.).

Assigning problems andrequests to appropriate 2nd level team and following up with them.


Monitoring and Testing:

Running the tests requiredto approve customer cabling systems during the implementation process

Execution of test use cases & support the roll-out of new applications.

Functional and hierarchical escalation point for any issues regarding technical support.

Working continuously on a task until successful completion.


Customers Operation:

Implement the services at customer-side.

Follow department implementation and support procedures and ensure process conformance.

Report work progress continuously through attendance of daily & weekly sites internal meetings.

Running advancedcabling system tests at customer side including different types of systems UTPand Coaxial to resolve the issues that have impact on services performance

Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time.

Working continuously on a task until completion or escalating to next tier.

Customers Satisfaction Ensure optimal customer satisfaction through performing all assigned tasks promptly and actively.

Rapidly establishing a good relationship with customers promoting Triple Play services.

Participation inproviding training to customers as required

Representing the Triple Play services for customers when needed.

Bachelor's degree.  

0-2+ years in technology.

WordProcessing, Spread Sheet, and Presentations.

Good command of English.

Good communication skills.

Problem solving skills.
