  • Take initiative and accountability for achieving results cross functionalities with technical and business partner teams.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues, integrations to ensure optimal system performance. 
  • Ensures smooth integration and/or rollout of systems into the operational environment by coordinating closely with the affected functional and technical teams.
  • Maintains proficiency in technology and tools to enhance productivity and quality of system development.
  • Undertake and manage all system analysis & testing related activities in support of the business requirements for the provision of new and updated systems performing functional & integration testing with the relative activities assuring complete system service delivery to the business with high standard quality. 
  • Deliver reliable, secure, on schedule and cost-effective SAP related systems including developing high-yielding vendor relationship.
  • Utilize professional IT project management methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on schedule. 
  • Monitoring project progress; resolving problems; recommending actions.
  • Identifies and tracks issues, risks and action items.
  • Plans and organizes development work and deliverables.
  • Communicates accurate and useful status updates.
  • Follows change management process as a product of systems implementations.
  • Monitor the daily system issues, analyze and keep track of the system enhancements improvement in addition to providing users’ trainings & support assisting in troubleshooting software application issues.
  • Drive internal customer satisfaction by actively monitoring the end-user experience and creating action plans.
  • Identify opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes.
  • Review and approve the implementation request of system changes.
  • Defines system’s problem & evaluating procedures and processes by solving Business problems proposing preventative solutions.
  • Oversees all aspects of system related documentation proposals, requirement, test cases & user guide in addition to users’ training materials.
  • Developing test cases in a structured way, covering business/system requirements & prioritized to reflect business or technical in addition to managing test execution and record results.
  • Identify gaps in business processes and work to develop solutions to address gaps efficiently and effectively
  • Ability to skim through Complex Business Process/Requirement, and translate into tangible design, starting from AS-IS or SAP provided out of the Box functionality.
  • Multiple full cycle implementations in an Real Estate environment including: Scoping and Planning, Process Design, Configuration, Functional specification preparation, unit testing, integration testing, roll out planning, and Post Go-Live Support.
  • Perform routine program modifications (example ABAP), performance tuning, problem solving, debugging, and unit testing.
  • Work closely with business members, SAP functional and development team to facilitate effective development.
  • Professionals in this position should have deep experience in all processes and configuration in SAP and S/4HANA across all areas of the solution including but not limited to:
  1. Customer and Business Partner management
  2. Contract and Quotation processing
  3. Billing and Accounts Receivable
  4. Reporting
  5. Material Management 
  6. Real Estate
  7. Projects
  8. FI/CO

  • Professional in implementing additional SAP modules (HR, BI, BPC, etc.)
  • Experience eliciting high-level business requirements and creating detailed functional specs and other documentation, such as requirement traceability matrices, work-flow diagrams and use-cases.
  • An ability to identify the root causes of issues by analyzing patterns and trends.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 10+ years
  • 5+ Years of SAP / Real Estate is a Plus.
  • 3+ Years ABAP programming experience.
  • MS Windows – MS Office – Internet Research - MS Project and Visio.
  • Experienced with the Testing Process with excellent knowledge in Software Testing process.
  • Testing Tools (Quality Center/TFS or similar).
  • Experience in leading and managing a team.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills for assessment of complex production support issues and recommend / implement effective solutions
  • Proven track record for working effectively with technical and business teams including internal consulting, presentations and recommendations, and end user education.
