This is the first step to kick-start your career the right way. GDP gives you exposure to various domains in SODIC. Make the right decision and choose the function that you will grow within.

Are you eligible for enrollment?

1. You are an Egyptian
2. You hold a bachelor's degree in:

Technical Track

  • Construction Management

  • Civil Engineering

  • Architecture

  • Mechanical Engineering

Business Track

  • Business Administration

  • Mass Communication

  • Political Science

  • Economics

3. Your GPA is not less than 3.5
4. You are fluent in English
5. Your work experience is not more than 1 year
6. You attended internship programs and participated in student activities
7. You are committed, ambitious and a resilient team player

How does it work?

Shortlisted candidates will attend a 1-year rotation programs across different department. Through this program, candidates will learn on the job and will receive essential business and interpersonal trainings.

Technical Track

  • Duration: 12 months

  • Rotation: 4 departments

  • Departments: Design and Engineering

    Project Management / Operations
    Project Controls
    Development

Business Track

  • Duration: 12 months

  • Rotation: 4 departments

  • Departments: Marketing HR Finance

    PR, CSR and Market Research

What are the next steps?

1. Fill in the application form and upload your resume
2. Screened candidates will conduct SODIC's Competency based interview and assessment tests
3. Shortlisted candidates will be sent a topic to present in a panel interview with SODIC executives
