  • Implement required configuration/modifications on CRM system.
  • Customize Workflows as per the users’ requirements.
  • Collect and analyze data quality requirements.
  • Implement some system administration activities such as user setup, defining responsibilities, value sets, flex fields, data groups and request groups.
  • Getting functional inputs from business users and work on the technical enhancements.
  • Analyze business requirements, design, and implement business solution development.
  • Help to determine how the CRM system can be integrated with other systems.
  • Work closely with development team to develop users’ requirements.
  • Create users’ manuals for new implementations and modifications. 
  • Perform testing on new Business Applications, implementations and modifications. 
  • Manage System Testing Defects’ tracking process and evaluate systems functionalities.
  • Apply data integrity and information security mechanisms taking into consideration no business disruption. 
  • Validate and verify all developed systems reports.
  • Ensure system functionality to meet the business requirements. 
  • Working with CRM support and train users on CRM system to improve system use.
